i see so many people writing 2008reflections on their blog i feel obliged to do so!

Basically.. life at nj..
well first thing first.
im sure glad i have spent more time with my class 07s23 in 2008.
i feel more close to my class already!
in 2007 probably it was 90% choir and 10% class..
in 2008 towards the end i made it near 50% 50% !
which is a good thing!
now i love my class as much as choir!

so life at nj...
lessons basically issent very interesting.. esp lectures..
the LOUSY renovated lt5..
however i miss teachers like MrSong and MrWee already..

GP this year was.. nuts..
Mrs Nair..
hmm i have consultations with her..
she drinks coffee..
so i can always smell it when she comes too close...
and as always..
i always fight my conscience whether to pon GP anot..
but gladly my conscience normally win =D

Physics..
HAHA mr yong..
actually hes kinda cute underneath the macho appearance..
Mr Yong: 'Ok can u tell me wads the blah blah blah... '
Student: 'I dunno...'
Mr Yong: 'You dunno ar.. i also dunno leh'
and he really dunno xD
always asks us to write our work on the board..
so must make sure we do our homework..
sometimes he asks us to do things which r impossible..
as in find a solution for the question that we got wrong within minutes =_=
haiyo.
but he is a nice person la.. jus abit eccentric in a good way.

Chemistry.
ok the teacher, Mr Wee, who is a joke!
he laughs at his own jokes and the rest jus humored by his self-sustainable humor!
even his colleages calls him lame!
in class in morning he always snorts too.. due to excessive mucus in his nose =X
his wife very pretty also!
AND HE LOOKS LIKE CONAN!
gosh.
one thing i like abt jc is we can be informal towards the (some) teachers..
jus like friends liddat.
but of course, must have some degree of respect la.

Math
waa mr song, the all time nice guy teacher.
very well liked by his students, esp in harmoc.
if i did well for maths, it would be because of him!
i think hes really good.. cos when he explains.. i understand!
except the statistics where i purely memorised the format..
also, he will always wave to his students outside lo..
aiyoh. i really look upon him as a role model.
must be a nice person and well-liked by many =)

Econs
sad to say econs Alvls was a disaster.
i bet even if MrsLim(the teacher who went to RJ to teach) continues to teach us for the rest of the year, i will still flunk alvl econs..
the paper was SO HARD that RJ principal called SEAB to complain (or so i heard)
yea its super hard..
ridiculous essay questions..
and case studies involving dumping of bras into other countries..
this is weird!
and MsGao was our teacher leading us towards the Alvls..
hmm shes nice to bully..
our whole classguys bullied her.. xD long story..
i was her econs rep but i was happy to play along xD
budden if not for the fact tt she was our teacher,
she is jus another young happy go lucky girl..
She worked tremendously hard for our Alvls that she fell sick!
poor her. all the consultations and stuff.
Did i mention i complained to MsGao immediately after the econs paper was over?
ALL MY HARD WORK HAS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN!
like about 8model answers essays written by me gone down the drain.
USELESS!
but its ok.. econs really.. its good general knowloedge :)

the mugging..
the keeping of laptop to keep myself away from my computer..
going back to sch to study every weekday..
staying till 6pm to mug everyday...
it is tiring..
really.
i really really studied very hard.
thanks nicholas for all the help and everything. really appreciated it.
the basketball sessions and piano playing sessions were..
really.. memories..

Choir..
well choir was.. draggy this year..
esp with all the problems tt erupted as time went by..
italy was.. memoriable..
altho i feel that our results were very commendable, many begged to differ.
italy was my first time out of asia also..
not bad.. icecream and stuff..

2008 also marked my last year of official singing in a school choir..
i may join the alumni in a few years time..
i MAY(smaller probability) also join the university choir.. hopefully NUS of course.
but nothing is affirmed yet.
my greatest passion, is still having a small group of friends..
sitting down.. and just singing.. for the love of it..
dont care wad sharp or flat or out of tune...

this year has been hard..
probably the hardest of all years.
Alevels and such..
yet it has been fruitful in many other areas.
such as friendship..
Aaron, nicholas,conan,lingchung,jingan,eugene.. sheena,ekping, amanda and ann..

i hope.. that this will be the worst year of my life.
=)
