today.. spent visiting my grandparents hse.. with all the relatives uncles aunties visiting..
yea kinda crowded..
but the only difference this year..
since i would be earning some money from army.

i told my granddad that some weekends later i want to treat him to a meal..
for taking care of me till my pri sch years..
he would buy me icecream almost everyday.. fetching me home.
and care for me like any granddad would.
ie. he also quitting smoking for my sake.. and he took up chinese so he could talk to me..

i told my grandma the same thing too..
for pampering me all the way till now..
maybe cos im the eldest of all her grandsons..
or maybe becos im a male..
but in anycase, they are everything a grandparent should be..

altho recently, due to newer offsprings in my family..
they have diverted their attention to caring for these newborn babies..
i guess i can never forget wad they hav done for me when i was young..
i guess we were not as close as before..

but it was nice..
watching them smile as i offered them a meal..
they declined my offer la.. dun wan me waste my money..
but you know.. in anycase its good to treasure/cherish close people before its too late for regrets.
